The EC-TEL 2007 organisers are proud to announce Hermann Maurer as the second keynote presenter at the conference.

Hermann Maurer is professor of computer science at the Technical University Graz in Austria, with an impressive list of achievements in the form of numerous papers, books, companies and patents. Hermann is one of the pioneers of Technology Enhanced Learning in Europe and a widely acclaimed and sought after speaker.
